Due to the elevator malfunction, events taking place on the first floor, including the Poetry Salon, are inaccessible to wheelchair users.

For people who require handrails but are able to use stairs with assistance, we have prepared two possible solutions:

Entrance from Szczepański Square (through the porter’s lodge):

• access via the evacuation stairs equipped with a handrail,

• note: the stairs are numerous and quite steep,

• assistance from an audience services staff member is required.

Entrance from 5 Jagiellońska Street and use of the elevator located in the courtyard:

• passage through the gate (opened by a theatre employee),

• taking the elevator to the 1st floor,

• passing through the corridor and climbing 4 steep steps with assistance.
