How to communicate with one another despite differences, look for what brings us together, unleash emotions and learn to distance ourselves and relax?

We are pleased to invite you to the MICET Master Class 2017, an improvisation workshop taught by actors of the National Stary Theatre:

Juliusz Chrząstowski, Marcin Czarnik, Anna Dymna, Jan Peszek, Dorota Segda and Marta Ścisłowicz.

Workshop participants will work with artists in small groups to learn techniques of the work with the body, voice and emotions. We will focus on effective communication and test the methods of fighting everyday stress. We will learn to solve individual and group conflicts and be assertive rather than shun difficult face-offs.

We will use our own experience and characters and scenes from shows of the National Stary Theatre.

We welcome anybody aged 16 and more.
